💶 €1820 gross + a €60 net monthly work-from-home allowance

 




What You Will Do:

🎯 Deliver Impactful Support: Handle calls, messages, chats and emails with care, especially in urgent situations.
🌟 Own Queries: Resolve issues or escalate quickly, making sure nothing is left hanging.
Prioritize Urgency: Spot and escalate critical issues with speed and precision.
✍️ Craft Clear, Personalized Responses: Make every message count and show customers they matter.
🚨 Handle Emergencies Calmly: Communicate sensitive plans with empathy and clarity.

Drive Change: Identify issues and provide actionable feedback to improve experiences.
 

 

The Ideal You:

🗣️ C1 level German and Italian speaking and writing + English is a plus but no mandatory.
⌨️ Strong written skills — you’ll be chatting, typing & handling emails.
🧠 Tech-comfy & cool under pressure.
