• Training: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00

• Hours: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 - 22:00 (shifts, with weekends included)

What We’re Looking For:

• You’re fluent in Polish (C1 level) and can communicate effectively in English (at least B2)

• You love helping people and have excellent communication skills

• You’re self-motivated and can work from home with ease

• You’re detail-oriented, patient, and have a positive attitude toward problem-solving

What You’ll Do:

• Provide top-notch customer support via calls and emails—you’ll be the first point of contact for our awesome customers

• Solve customer inquiries, assist with troubleshooting, and provide effective solutions

• Be a pro at handling customer interactions in a friendly and professional manner
