What You Will Do:

🎯 Deliver Impactful Support: Handle calls, messages, and chats with care, especially in urgent situations.
💪 Master Policies: Use your knowledge to ensure the best outcomes for the community.
🌟 Own Queries: Resolve issues or escalate quickly, making sure nothing is left hanging.
⚡ Prioritize Urgency: Spot and escalate critical issues with speed and precision.
✍️ Craft Clear, Personalized Responses: Make every message count and show customers they matter.
🚨 Handle Emergencies Calmly: Communicate sensitive plans with empathy and clarity.
💡 Drive Change: Identify issues and provide actionable feedback to improve experiences.
 



The Ideal You:

🗣️ C1 level Swedish and B2 English.
⌨️ Strong written skills — you’ll be chatting, typing & handling emails.
🧠 Tech-comfy & cool under pressure.
🎓 No experience needed — just a great attitude & a love for helping people.
