📍Hybrid in Athens, Greece
🗓️Start date: 23rd June 2025
💶 €1350 gross + 100€/month for 6 months Welcome bonus + 250€ performance-based bonus

What You Will Do (when you're not beach-hopping):
💰 Achieve revenue-based quota by selling renewals/products/services, and offer upsell opportunities when applicable.
📍 Work within a dedicated territory for established clients.
📊 Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
🧠 Master product knowledge and understand technical aspects to assess client needs effectively.
📢 Promote products or services successfully for an established client.
🚀 Guide customers post-purchase, promoting product adoption and enhancing the overall customer experience.
📉 Utilize data to identify ‘at risk’ clients and new adoption opportunities.
🛠️ Take corrective action on customer concerns or roadblocks that affect satisfaction or usage.
🛡️ Manage competitive pressures and handle objections to retain or win customers.
📞 Handle high volumes of daily customer interactions, primarily outbound via phone and email.
🎯 Ensure professionalism in all customer and prospect interactions.
🤝 Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer expectations.
🤝🧑🤝🧑 Collaborate across teams to optimize processes and enhance customer experience.
🗂️ Maintain CRM systems to ensure timely, accurate data capture.
📌 Perform additional duties as needed or assigned.
The Ideal You:
🗣️ Native or proficient level in German (C2), both verbal and written + B2 English
📞 At least 2 years of solid B2B sales experience
🎯 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, preferably over the phone
🧠 Strong negotiation and communication skills, with excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities
📞 Cold-calling skills with confidence, quick engagement tactics, and negotiation strength
