Customer Service Advisor - German Speaking

📍Office-based in Lisbon, Portugal

💶€1500 gross/month + €1000 signing bonus

🚨 Handle Emergencies Calmly: Communicate sensitive plans with empathy and clarity.

🗣️ Native-level German speaker + B2 English.
⌨️ Strong written skills — you’ll be chatting, typing & tweeting.
