⏰ Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 (Training during the same hours) 

What We’re Looking For:

• German: You should have a C1 level in German (fluent speakers, please 🙌)

• English: A solid B2 level so you can communicate smoothly with the team

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love chatting, and enjoy helping others

• A proactive attitude and great problem-solving skills

What You’ll Do:

• Provide top-notch support to customers via chat—it’s all about those good vibes and quick solutions!

• Help people resolve issues, answer questions, and provide excellent service

• Work alongside a supportive, dynamic team to make sure customers are happy
