Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Superstar (Budapest)

Are you ready to bring your customer service skills to the next level? We're on the lookout for a Dutch-speaking dynamo who’s passionate about helping people, solving problems, and making things happen. If you love being the go-to person for all things customer support, this is the role for you!

Location: Budapest, Hungary
Language: Dutch (Native or Fluent)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Training Location: Budapest
Remote Work Option: Hybrid and Work from Home after training (Available only in Hungary.)


What You'll Do:

🌟 Customer Care Hero: You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with the answers and support they need – fast! Be it through email, phone, or chat, you’ll be there to solve their issues with speed and style.

💡 Tech Support Whiz: You’ll be diving into the nitty-gritty of tech support, helping customers troubleshoot and resolve their problems with PC systems. A knack for tech and being PC literate is a must!

🚀 Smooth Operator: Identify when issues need to be escalated or when another department needs to step in. You’ll have the know-how to keep things running smoothly and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

✍️ Translation Tasks: On top of all that, you’ll help with translation tasks based on customer requests, providing that extra layer of communication to keep everything clear and seamless.

🧑‍💻 Data Master: Logging all calls accurately, updating admin tasks, and ensuring customer data is kept up-to-date. Accuracy is key!

📚 Product Guru: Develop in-depth knowledge of our client’s products and services. Use manuals, guides, and your problem-solving skills to provide the best options and solutions.


What We Need:

  • Fluent in Dutch: You should be able to speak and write in Dutch with ease.

  • Tech-Savvy: You’ll be helping customers with PC-related issues, so familiarity with tech and the ability to troubleshoot is key.

  • Customer Service Experience: Whether you’ve been in the game for a while or you’re just starting, we value passion and dedication to customer care.

  • Organised & Efficient: Strong organisational skills to keep your admin on point and data entered accurately.

  • MS Office Know-How: A working knowledge of MS Word/Excel is a must.

  • Calm Under Pressure: Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm when handling tricky situations or customer issues.

  • Initiative & Independence: You’ll need to make decisions on your own and thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
