German-Speaking E-commerce Service & Delivery Advisor
📍 Location: Sete Rios, Lisbon, Portugal
💼 Contract Type: Unfixed Term | Full-time (40 hours/week)
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Sunday | 08:00 – 17:00

As a German-Speaking E-commerce Service & Delivery Advisor, you’ll be part of a dynamic global team ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for users, sellers, and creators.

Your Role:

✔️ Handle customer, seller, and creator inquiries professionally while meeting quality standards.
✔️ Identify and resolve issues effectively, logging solutions in the knowledge management tool.
✔️ Escalate high-risk cases to the appropriate department.
✔️ Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure fast and accurate resolutions.
✔️ Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve customer experience.
✔️ Build long-term relationships with sellers and drive confidence in the e-commerce platform.
✔️ Support additional projects and initiatives as needed.

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Gross Monthly Salary: €870
• Language Bonus: €200
• Role Complement Bonus: €50
• Special Permanency Bonus: €150
• Performance Bonus: Up to €120/month (from the 4th month)
• Meal Allowance: €7.17 per worked day
• Loyalty Bonus: €300 every 3 months
• Holiday Bonus & Christmas Bonus: €91.66 each (or included in monthly salary)

🏡 Relocation Support:

• Travel Reimbursement: Up to €200 (after 3 months)
• Accommodation Support: Up to €400/month for the first 4 months
