📍Fully-remote in Athens, Greece
🗓️Start date: 28th July 2025
💶 €1300 gross + 15% monthly performance bonus & Project bonus: 50€ monthly
Relocation Starter Pack Includes:
✈️ FREE One-way flight to Athens from your origin country
🚕 Taxi fare from Athens airport to your hotel
🏡 Up to 2 weeks of accommodation in a hotel while you get settled
💼 Assistance obtaining necessary documents: AMKA (social security card), bank account setup, etc.

What You Will Do (when you're not beach-hopping):
🎯 Deliver Impactful Support: Handle calls, messages, and chats with care, especially in urgent situations.
💪 Master Policies: Use your knowledge to ensure the best outcomes for the community.
🌟 Own Queries: Resolve issues or escalate quickly, making sure nothing is left hanging.
⚡ Prioritize Urgency: Spot and escalate critical issues with speed and precision.
